6 Foods to Boost your Fertility and Reproductive Health.

Yes, what do you think of today’s title? Before we dive deep, last week we spoke about vaginal discharge and I am happy with how we engaged. Then when I was reading, the replies someone asked me – does food affects my sexual health? So I said yes, and dropped a few lines but today I want to tell you more about it.

6 Foods to Boost your Fertility and Reproductive Health.

We all have probably heard of the phrase, “We are, what we eat” and it is true. What we eat affects not just our physical appearance but plays a role in our sexuality and well-being. Lifestyle choices as well affect more of our daily performance – sexual performance. Now, I am here to tell you about these few food choices to keep your small town’s king or queen healthy.

Our goal is to maintain good blood flow for your penis as well as Testosterone levels and sperm count for a man. For a woman, we want to ensure a regulated pH level, blood flow, smell, and more. So without further wasting your excitement, let us jump into it:

Green Vegetables:

Yes, it all starts with Green–Go. Both men and women need a balanced meal plan with medium-cooked vegetables such as spinach, collard greens, and chard. In addition, they do contain vitamin E, magnesium, and calcium, all of which are beneficial to muscle health — including vaginal and penile muscles.

The secret to green vegetables is the amount of folate available which is associated with improving blood flow which indirectly keeps firm erections in men and increases vaginal stimulation – a road to endless orgasms.

Apples:

While giving apples as gifts sound to be a romantic thing it also indirectly keeps your bed matches on point.

Apples

In addition to other fruits such as bananas, cucumber, tomatoes, and watermelon; these fruits are rich in various micronutrients and minerals that are vital to maintaining a healthy king or queen. One phytoestrogen phloridzin found in apples is thought to promote better sexual function, arousal, lubrication, and the ability to orgasm. To men, there is a linked concept of lowering the chances of developing prostate cancer.
It is recommended to eat an apple a day and some say “An apple a day, keeps Doctor away”

Berries:

These are more beneficial to women. Berries such as strawberries and cranberries lower the chances of developing Urinary Tract Infections as well as maintain normal vaginal flora. To keep the vagina healthy you need to be free of regularly repeated infections in the small town or towns around – urethra or anus.

So women get that berry and have at least once a year gynecologist check-up I suggested last week.

Soy and Avocadoes: Boost hormones

Well, sexual drive is what we are all dreaming and we need it to sustain healthy sexual relationships. Soy and avocadoes are linked to help boost libido in both men and women. These are an excellent source of healthy fats, potassium, and vitamins that keep your desire up. In addition, oats as well can benefit your libido.

Avocados

Avocados are ample in healthy fats, vitamin B-6, and potassium — all of which have positive effects on your libido. This libido-boosting fruit (yes, it’s a fruit!) can enhance lubrication and estrogen levels, strengthen vaginal walls, and may even increase IVF success due to its unsaturated fats. Funny enough, the avocado tree was actually loosely named the “testicle tree” by the Aztecs.

Carrots for sperm:

These underground roots are not just sweet-tasting but they add more sperm and improve the motility of your (men) little soldiers. Research suggests this is due to the chemical carotenoids found in carrots, which are also responsible for giving the vegetable its orange color.

Last but not least: Sweet Potatoes

Yes, this 1$ food sold by many vendors on African streets is the key. Not just we need a source of carbohydrates in our meals, but sweet potatoes work.
For women of reproductive age, trying to get pregnant sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene and vitamin A, sweet potatoes help strengthen and protect uterine walls. Beta carotene and vitamin A have been studied to have direct effects on fertility and reproduction in both men and women, as well as healthy fetal development.

The nutrients found in sweet potatoes also help with the production of sex hormones and are often recommended for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

The list could go endless, I believe you have foods already in your mind. Let us engage in our discussions via comments and feedback. However, the message here is to control what we eat; balance your diet with small carbs, enough proteins, vegetables, and fruit.
