Am not a finance guru but I think the best age to focus on finance and investment is in our 20s. Not being gender-biased I prefer books written from a woman's perspective because the wants women have are different from men. A woman will think of stuff like manicures & pedicures, hair, clothes, handbags..things that normally don't concern a man. And from that perspective, it is most likely when it comes to finances women would handle it a bit differently from men.
These are books I personally read and I think they will be of great help to any woman out there.
1. The Smart Money Woman
If you are looking for a book that succeeds in unraveling the often perplexing and complex world of money management in the form of a novel, then Arese Ugwu's 'The Smart Money Woman' is for you. An engaging read, it brings the subject of personal finance to life.
This book is for every woman; married, single, divorced, widowed; and for every man with women in their lives
2. The Smart Money Tribe
Listen! Life is hard, the economy is hard, making money is hard. Life has knocked
me down at least twice in my life and put me in situations where I've made a lot of
money and I've lost a lot of money. Aside from my reliance on God, two things have
always been instrumental in helping me bounce back, and these are the main
takeaways from reading this book. First, your mind is your most powerful asset, if you harness it, it will be your most useful tool even in the worst of times. No matter how hard it gets, try to keep your head in the game and maintain a champion's mindset because once you give in to a negative mindset, you've already lost.

Secondly, build your tribe. Invest in your circle of friends because the sort of people
and relationships you surround yourself with have an impact on your ability to make,
keep, and grow money.
