Preferences are great and good to have, but they can keep us from finding and experiencing love; especially if those preferences are of an unrealistic and lustful nature. My wife is not what I was looking for in a woman, many things that she is I’d bad experiences with in the past. Some things about her screamed stay away, you won’t like her type. Her loudness was too much for me, her personality I believed would conflict with mine, her sense of humor I believed was the same as mine, but I could see us becoming competitive.
