So here is another chapter of that mysterious book I told you about last time. And well this content was worth sharing, and you all know why.

So you want a good life, you want someone who can afford to show you a great time and maybe even lay down a few nice gifts. You wanna attract a millionaire, somebody with class.

Well, this applies to both ladies and gentlemen, because in this century everyone needs that special partner who has some potential so that the principle of "to give and to be given" can apply.

So here are the tips:

1. Look like a million bucks.

Ladies:
Your hair has to suit you perfectly. Your nails must be done and your clothes don't have to be a designer but they should be of quality.

Men:
Get that nice haircut. Be clean, smell good. And boy dress to impress, even if it is well known that most men are not into fashion, boy just look good for your own sake.

2. Be confident.

This will show that you have your own life or you are in the process of making one. Trust me confidence makes you magnetic.

3. Don't be needy.

Well, this goes to the ladies, be independent girl. A man who got cash is probably accomplished and can get any woman, but a woman who seems to be in control of her stuff without being needy to him is simply a gem.

4. Forget the clubs.

Ladies and gentlemen, you wanna get a man or woman with class then go to places where you will find such a person; seminars, conventions, high-end social events.

5. Be updated.

Be up on the news and the latest trends. You have to be able to hold a conversation. Talking about Beyonce, Wema, Wizkid, Diamond is not going to cut it. Have a more intelligent approach.
